With a combined experience of over 35 years our heating heroes and administration support team are well equipped to deal with all your heating needs. Our management team consists of Vince Rudgewick, a qualified domestic and commercial heating engineer, working with gas, LPG and oil – who is always on hand to offer his experience and advice. Mark Murfitt who has a wealth of knowledge in technical electrical and heating controls issues, with today’s heating systems needing just as much skill in electrical as plumbing – it’s this all round knowledge that is setting us a part from the competition. Mark also is an ace when it comes to problem solving on Under Floor Heating (UFH) issues, and, Amelia Murfitt who manages our admin support team and heating heroes with an iron fist to ensure we are always up to scratch with our internal processes and keeping our customers happy.
Trusted, professional and qualified
Our heating engineers are DBS (CRB) checked for the work we carry in schools both locally and nationally. We also seek to regularly provide manufacturers training to our Engineers for the products we install.
The Company is Gas Safe, Oftec, NAPIT, RECC and MCS registered. We are also members of the Federation of Small Businesses, members of RECC and certified installers for the Governments RHI scheme and MCS. We will not offer, recommend, supply or install a product unless we have researched, studied and trained in it. If we feel a product is not up to our standards then we won’t recommend it.
