Full details of what you would receive ordering this boiler installation with Clarity Heating:

  • Viessmann Vitodens 100W 19kw System Gas Boiler With 10 Year Warranty
  • Fully drain down the heating system, disconnect and remove the boiler, flue and all associated pipe work.
  • Supply and install the following items:
    • Viessmann Vitodens 100W 19kw system gas boiler with touchscreen control.
    • Viessmann horizontal flue kit.
    • Spirotech Spirotrap magnetic filter and dirt separator to protect the boiler heat exchanger.
    • Filling loop.
      Pipe work and fittings.
  • Install the boiler in the same location as the existing unit.
  • The Spirotech filter is to be installed on the return heating pipe.
  • Run the condense pipe to a suitable outlet.
  • Alter pipe work as required and connect to the boiler.
  • Refill the system and test for leaks, add suitable inhibitor.
  • Balance the heating circuit by measuring the flow and return differential temperatures across all radiators.
  • Commission the boiler and register the installation with Building Control via Viessmann.
  • Activate 10 year full parts and labour manufacturer backed warranty.
  • Clear all waste from site.
